With the tariff Charge Direct Simple, you cannot charge at charging stations of our roaming providers.
With the SMATRICS old tariffs Charge Pro, Charge Pro (THG), Smart NET, Active NET, SmartPlus NET and ActivePlus NET you can charge at stations of the following roaming networks:

With the Direct NET, DirectPlus NET, Charge Direct Basic, Charge Direct Time, Single NET and SinglePlus NET tariffs, you cannot charge in the charging networks of our roaming partners.

Since 1st of August 2023, users with the tariffs Charge & Roam, Charge & Roam+ as well as Charge Pro and Charge Pro (THG) are able to charge at EnBW charging stations in Germany at the same tariff conditions as in the home charging network of SMATRICS EnBW.
All information incl. 20% VAT in addition to the monthly basic fee. Billing for SMATRICS customers is based on usage.
