Charging Instructions for Kostad/Schrack i-CHARGE

Charging with charging card

1. START CHARGE

  • Initial situation: The Ready button lights up green.
  • Plug your vehicle into a suitable free charging point.
  • Select the desired charging point on the display of the control column (near the charging points).
  • Carry out the authorization with your charging card in the marked field.
  • The charging process starts.

2. STOP CHARGING

  • Authorize the charging process at the control column using the charging card.
  • The corresponding load is displayed. Press exit.

Charging via app

1. START CHARGING PROCESS

  • Plug the charging cable into the vehicle only first.
  • Select charging point:
    • with charging network card
    • or using the “Scan & Charge” function by scanning the QR code on the plug
  • Press the START button to start charging.
  • After successful authorization, the charging process starts automatically.

2. END CHARGING PROCESS

  • Press the STOP button.
  • Unplug the vehicle.

Important

  • The security check between the vehicle and the charging station can take up to 30 seconds.

  • A combination of the activation methods is not possible - for example, if charging was started via app, it must be ended via app too.
