Your options to start charging immediately

Would you like to charge immediately without having purchased a SMATRICS tariff in advance?

SMATRICS offers the following options to start charging immediately:

  • Direct Payment

  • Direct Tariffs

Direct Payment

Instant charging with QR code scan or via charging network map

  1. Scan the QR code that is attached to the charging point with your smartphone.
  2. Click on the “Charge as a guest” button in the details of the charging point on the charging network map.
  3. Fill in the following input mask (email address & credit card details).
  4. Start the charging process according to charging FAQ or charging instructions.

Direct Tariffs

Instant charging with tariff - without commitment & without charging card

  1. Select your desired Direct tariff and click on “Order now”.
  2. Fill in the input mask (e-mail address, password, personal details, credit card details) and click on continue.
  3. Follow the next steps to complete your desired Direct tariff.
  4. Start the charging process according to charging FAQ or charging instructions.
